Some items are very heavy and may additional assistance from others. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to secure space and possibly additional assistance with the removal and placement of packages upon delivery.

Some products may include specific tools for assembly. Otherwise, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to have the appropriate tools for assembly.
If special arrangements are required by the purchaser to receive delivery of any products, the purchaser may state the arrangements during the intial ordering process. In some cases, especially for large delivery, customchopperbuilderstoolbox.com may contact the purchaser to confirm arrangements.
