In most cases, orders placed between the hours of 9:30 AM and 3:00 PM (EST) Monday - Friday are processed and shipped the day ordered. Any orders placed after the hours mentioned or on a weekend will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed during a holiday will be processed the next business day as well - unless otherwise noted.
We can also ship to multiple locations or alternate addresses if noted during the initial order. Express shippng can be accommodated if requested. Express shipping will require additional fees to be paid by the purchaser. Those fees will be disclosed at the time of ordering. If express shipping is requested, you the purchaser will be contacted to provide full disclosure of the fees prior to final purchase processing.
We have elected to use Paypal as our primary merchant account for both your safety and ours in fulfilling your orders. At the time of purchase, it is not required of the purchaser to have an established account with Paypal - however, it is appreciated. Even if you do not have a Paypal account, you can still use the service which all major credit cards are accepted along with e-checks and wire transfers.
To further ensure your privacy, customchopperbuilderstoolbox.com will not receive credit card information. Your order will be processed based on a transaction number which will correspond to your order and deilivery information. Paypal through its' secured site will retain additional information regarding your personal and business financial information. Refunds will be paid through our PayPal account either by wire transfer or via a credit card number from which the transaction number was generated.
We accept all major credits (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) Through our Paypal account. Your credit card will be charged for the total amount of sale at the time of ordering. This is to also include any additional charges (if required) and tax (where applicable by law).
If in cases of products that are not available, you will be immediately credited for those items.
In terms of returns, the same is true, your credit card will be credited for the sale price of the item purchased once the purchaser has adhered to the return policy of customchopperbuiderstoolbox.com Return Policy.
Your credit card statement will state either CHOPPERTOOL (standard) or CHOPPERTOOLBOX (Extended statement lines)
All funds are based and converted to U.S. currency!
We don't accept cash through the mail. So, if you prefer to not use a credit card, you may use a money order or contact customchopperbuilderstoolbox.com for bank wire transfers (this can also be done through Paypal - without contacting us prior to ordering. It is faster). Money orders will be processed in the same manner as checks.
We will accept checks through the mail. However, the order will not be placed until the check has cleared the bank which may be from 5 - 10 days after receiving the order and check. Another option would be using e-check or wire transfer directly from the customer's bank account. Again, the order will not be processed until confirmation of receiving the e-check or wire transfer. Typically, the e-check or transfer is immediate. However, in some cases it may take 2 - 4 days processing.
Alll transactions are based/coverted to U.S. currency
Residents of Florida, California, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, Texas and Virginia will be charged Sales Tax accordingly at the time of purchase.
